Hi, I would like to convert 2 of my supp line to prepaid validity 365. I knew about this validity 365 from Hotlink website. I made a call to Customer Care to check which prepaid card I should purchase & they informed me this plan no longer available.
I received 2 letters from maxis that they want to enhance my supplementary lines to "enjoy" the 500MB data with 100% increased price from RM10 to RM20 where my 80+ yrs mum, one of the supp line user does not need. Another sup line user is my brother who come back to Msia only once year. Very obvious he doesn’t need the enhanced plan too. Appreciate if someone from Maxis can assist me on this as I have been a loyal customer with MAXIS for almost 15 years. Thank you. |
