Using Tm unifi 10mbps for few months and decided to take maxis 16mbps as secondary line to avoid downtime in office.

Now the problem is, maxis router is plugged to Lan 2 TM Unifi modem. If TM unifi modem fails one day, i wont have any internet connection at office.

Why maxis is not providing a separate modem with the fibre cable ?

if let say in my new office i apply maxis fibre, how will the technician install? just the maxis router only or together with the tm modem ?
