Watched the game last night. Was not impressed with the defense. Cahill and Terry seems out of tune... Iva is facepalm... The last game against Swansea exposed our weakness. The right side of the defense... most of the attack from our right flank went through without problem... we are lucky that Sterling is having an off day... else, he'll bombard from the left and we might not only concede 3 goals at the end of the day.... Clearly Mou saw the defensive breakdown that he changed Terry immediately... Terry lack of pace is troubling. Both game, Swansea and Man city, their lone strikers are able to slip past the defense thru the middle...

It's amazing how the best defense of the premier league last season is leaking goals now... my take on the next game.... we'll be back to boring boring chelsea... knowing Mou, he always build the team from the back. Iva got to keep the right flank safe or else we are going to leak goals....

In midfield, our players are not decisive enough... bad luck on the goal disallowed... I thought Ramires played well but just not creative enough... off day for Willian and Cesc.... Hazard was marked by two every single time.

And Costa isn't getting the service that he deserve.... haih.... it's sad to admit but we deserve to lose.... the main positive note is we lost early in the season.... plenty of time to rectify the problem and the arrival of Baba Rahman hopefully will solve our defensive problem.

at £21m I think it's not a bad deal for Pedro.... Now if only we can offload Cuadrado at the same price.

Since the CM need to defend, I prefer Willian over Oscar. Willian more pace and defends better. I think we will play better in this line-up

What happened to our set piece taker? Suddenly Pedro and Hazard are taking corner kicks.... and the delivery into the box is poor.... I can't remember the last time we score from corner kicks... except for the Drogs last gasp goal against Bayern... damn... we really need to improve in corner kicks.... so many corners but none converted.

he is hungry for play time. Stay on the bench most of the time is no fun... see his celebration for the 5th goal of barca in the super cup.... Glad that Pedro can adapt quickly.... Hazard still finding his form... doesn't look like the Hazard from last season.... Willian should score... that chance he got is like being put on the plate for him... I wonder why Oscar is dropped? Dip of form or work rate not good? if it was Oscar in for Willain, it might have a different outcome of the game.

His attack isn't that great either... his crossing is facepalm... always cross and hit the first defender in front of him.... so predictable.... He has to improve a bit..... but he and JT is the most trusted player of Mou... hopefully he find his form and play better the next game.

In terms of money.... don't think the Catalan is willing to splash out that much compare to us... but, still if the players are not happy to be here... then no point pushing the transfer thru...

Iva just promoted to Vice Captain recently... plus he is one of the respected players in the squad... if you drop the players based on his one or two (ok, in Iva's case maybe three) poor games, it would create chaos in the dressing room... we need to look into this matters as well... and dropping the players will send a wrong signal to the youngsters.... I guess this is the reason why he die die also wants to start Iva (since the last match Terry was banned from playing, Iva gotta play because he is vice captain)

He just admit it's impossible for him to score like Messi and Ronaldo... but in other department, I think he'll improve over the time.

bench him is good.... remember the last time Mou did that, Hazard turn out stronger and more determine... the kid need to be discipline.... lol... but Kennedy is really bright... with him coming in, dun think our other loanee will have a chance to break in first XI...
