Iva clearly not good enough on the right side... bring him to the centre as our centre half.... even he played as CB for Serbia... shift Dave to right and bring Baba or Kennedy on the left.... that should fix our back 4... but problem now lies in the pivot...

Matic this season is so different from the last 2... he's venturing forward more and left a big hole in the middle... Cesc won't cover that hole... by bringing in Mikel, hopefully can cover it... but bringing in Mikel means we lost the creativity in the middle of the park... that's why Mikel is sub out when we are chasing the game... let Willian play along side Matic... Willian is a willing runner and defend quite good...

the trident is also a problem now... Hazard is no where to be seen... only Pedro trying his best... and the most important man in the middle - Attacking Midfield... we miss Oscar... Cesc in this position would be better than he is in DM...
