Finished HG Barbatos.

I think barbatos looks nice without the 'power' symbols.
Some dissatisfaction about barbatos' design is that the calf is too long and the thigh is short. The feet design also looks out of place.

Currently waiting for Graze and the weapon set 1.
In the meantime I'll do the mk3.

Gundam mk3 done:



An easy build. Mostly because a lot of parts are symmetrical.

Yeah. It can hold nicely. The joint parts, the female have teeth while the male part had a protrusion on the cylinder part. This allows higher stiffness of the joins. When you move the limbs, you can feel a bit of jumping in the degrees' rotation.
Some what similar to the megasize gundam.

Yeah. I doubt they'll release anymore from the barbatos series, except maybe the 1/100 version of the HG release...

Let's just be patient and wait. Further speculations are useless.
My Graze and weapon set 1 arrived but i'm currently building the GP04.

I did not paint mine. But if i'm painting it, i'll use hand brush rather than marker.
For the mouth vents, panel line marker and eraser.

Other than sharpie, i think you can get a white paint marker from hardware shop.

A highly detailed model. It is going to be hard to panel line.
Those propellant tanks are kind of a waste of space.
Even without those, the Gerbera is still beautiful.

Next is Nightingale. With it my Reborn 100 collection is complete.
My RG collection is complete minus the Pbandai items.

Those putty from diy shops, aren't they for filling small gaps of wood and cracks?
For me if the gap/hole is deep and large, i use tamiya clay putty.
Fill the gap with scrap plastic.
Then use clay putty to cover it.
Form it up as necessary.
Let cure for 6 to 12 hours.
Sand and finishing process.

For larger than 10mm, you are better of covering it first with a piece of plastic and use putty for touch up.

Edit: tamiya epoxy putty like guarayakha posted below.
The one in tube is only suitable for less than 1 mm gap.
