G1WH use NT96650 chipset and G1WHT use Generalplus 2159 chipset. G1WHT has additional Parking mode function.

Why you need Car Dashcam?

Special Features:

Video Lock Function : After incident happen you would like to protect the file being overwritten, just press the "Mode" button then you see the Key Lock icon on the screen indicated the current video clip is protected from overwritten. The current video clip will be none deletable unless manually unlock.

Auto On/Off : Records automatically as soon as you start your car engine which trigger by the cigarette power adapter. Similarly, the recording stop when the car engine stop.

G-Sensor : detects any sudden speed changes in X, Y and Z axis. As soon as any sharp braking, rapid acceleration, excessive cornering or sudden impact occurs, the DVR auto protect data from overwritten.

Parking Monitor : When the car is parked and some object hit your car cause the dashcam vibrate, the dashcam will auto power on, record and save the files. The dashcam will turn into sleep mode again if not detected further vibration.

G1W and G1WHT are using AR0330 CMOS sensor which is native 1080p. Please find below sensor data sheet :

This is FHD model, please don't confused with other entry level camera using native 720p and interpolate to 1080.

Bro, don't be attracted by the western marketing video. Capacitor only capable for short backup time after charging, the backup time just sufficient to save the last minutes of video clip to your SD card. You still need battery to safe date and time of the timer. With capacitor to replace the battery, your dashcM time is reset to factory date when car engine stop. Are you going to set the date and time every time restart your car engine?

The price tell the quality between 011 and 012.

011 is using Generalplus and 012 is using Novatek chipset.

NT96650 and Generalplus are on par. Chipset and sensor are important factors, but don't forget the software which integrate both the chipset and the lens sensor.

Compare the video sample instead the chipset. We have experience of car DVR, we sell only good chipset model, other low performance chipset not within our selection range.

Reverse camera so far quality not good and not easy to DIY, therefore we do not sell.
