Just wondering how's the video recording performance on this? I've watch the sample video from mobile-review but it seems the volume has been pushed way too hard and the whole audio part distorted badly.

Other than lack of smartphone functions I think it's a really great phone overall, and a surprise that this also offer a stereo mic for recording too!

I think for the price below RM1k, nothing can beat it. shocking.gif

Made me feel that my N95 8GB is overpriced in a way... laugh.gif Anyway felt better cause I bought AP set anyway so cheaper... laugh.gif

However, dunno was it just me or not, I really think the night shots are way overprocessed in a nice way but I prefer a little natural looks, overall the pictures looks a little like those promotional pictures of new banglo housing area or condominium! hmm.gif

Hmm I read about CCD take a lot more power than CMOS, do you guys find using 902 to take pictures often will result battery die out fast compared to just use phone functions?

wow..... how the picture of the car become moving lights?

thanks ktcy..... yes i check at the wrong website at i-mobile.com.my
didn't know it was i-mobilephone.com.my laugh.gif
*
Cause the shutter open for few seconds before closing, so plenty of time for the cars move and left the beam of lights there. You can also use long shutter to take a picture of someone drawing 2008 with those fireworks sticks (or "fire flower" stick or whatever it is lol). biggrin.gif I think today's sin chew newspaper has the picture like that, the main section, last few pages. biggrin.gif

It's what it's for. But what more than that is this phone even got TV out ler, so nice. And no need to plug headset to use the radio, so can blast your favourite FM via speaker. biggrin.gif

I wonder how you guys found the use of 8MP? hmm.gif

AFAIK the sensor is only 5MP and it's the software boost the image to 8MP, any different from 8MP --> 5MP with a normal 5MP picture taken with this phone? Or normal 5MP --> 1024x768 vs 8MP --> 1024x768?

Wow..not even my high-end expensive N95 can do this..SE and Nokia should learn from I-mobile how to improve their camera  rclxms.gif
*
N95 expensive because of Symbian OS, Dual CPU, big screen and GPS la. nod.gif

902 is quite basic (although with mp3 and video player + video out is quite rare for the price) and it's mainly focus on the camera side. It's basically camera with phone function rather than phone with camera function. laugh.gif

Night shots beautiful until a little like PSed on certain shots hehe (especially those still shots). But still never saw any camera phone can take night shots with that details. biggrin.gif

I also wish Nokia can come out with something like that. tongue.gif

To me phone function is always more important than camera, so N95 camera can satisfy me and it's actually awesome, plenty of details for daylight shots. nod.gif Also I really enjoy watching video directly on my phone. laugh.gif

@ bold : Comparing a RM 7xx phone with RM 19xx phone is ridiculous sleep.gif
What you pay is what you got. It's kinda impossible to get a fully function phone which come with good application and good camera with the price of RM 7xx. Well, maybe after 2-3 years and new model keep coming out.
No offense but seriously no point comparing. One using platform format phone, while another using Symbian. sleep.gif
*
Ah...I was just pointing out my personal preference...Why get offended...? Comparing them? Where? rolleyes.gif

Yes, it can. But I'm not sure your father is a very patient fellow. This phone sometimes will annoy people laugh.gif as the UI is quite slow.
*

Thanks for the info! biggrin.gif

He's quite businessman type but main use phone to call and sms only, seldom use other functions, moreover he's OK with Nokia 2630 kind of function (which is also slow, haven't got it yet so it's either 902 or Nokia 2630) so apart from phonebook size the i902 is pretty much a plus for him. Slow is OK as long as call can jalan then ok le. biggrin.gif
