Just realise that my pc has all the old junk. Going to install newer versions of softwares.

Maybe it was shot indoor.

If I am not mistaken, hot pixels only appear when the exposure is too long. Some pixels are strong and some are weak. So when you take a long exposure photo, the current go to all the pixels. The strong pixels will work normally but the weak pixels will get heated up, so the "glow" in that pixel.
