I received call from UOB CS awhile ago.

They said the TnC which mention CR will credit on next month 30th is refering to 0.3% cash rebate

As for the 5% that we all waiting, it will credited within 2months from your online transaction date.
Where in my case, my Aug transactions CR credited on 7th Oct.
So that is real that they gonna drag till almost 2mth then only pay us back lol

Yes, i read it clearly. I was not on my desk when she call. She said will reply my email, I will wait for the email then question her again

I asked her, so should I expecting my 5% CR of Sept transaction on 7th Nov?
She said, No. There is no fix date when they going to give us the cash rebate, but it will be within 2 months from the transaction date.

i was given both cash back for same transactions
