Depends on your driving style and daily road conditions, but general rule is you should change after 30k km.
Don't worry, it's normal, but don't go over the limit like 3 months after the scheduled date or exceeding thousands of km.

It is supposed to be changed at 60k.

Some unscrupulous SC 'recommended' to change it at 20k (same as power steering wheel etc) and would try to intimidate you about technical issue if you don't want to.

That's just bullshit, just follow the service schedule in the booklet.

Nope, it's considered as part of consumables or wear and tear items. Similar to changing tyres, brake pads, screen wash, light bulbs, and arguably spark plugs.

I don't think NS70 can fit in due to the longer size and the terminal cables for the battery are short.

Syntium 800 semi only for 5000km @ 3 months usage.
Advice for cfe turbocharger, early change at 4000km (semi) or 8000km (fully).

Semi synthetic oil technically can be used up to 10k or 6 months, but general industry practice is until 5k or 3 months only.

Before you decide to proceed to use Syn800 until 10k, please remember that there is warranty issue should anything happen after 5k.
