Some pieces of broken soft sponge/foam from center air-cond vent. I found some old threads discussing about it, but no details or how serious of it. My next service is 1,000km more, can I still wait, or some broken parts inside?

There are one "bigger" bar of sponge stuck inside, cannot be seen clearly in the photo cause too dark.

I have seen these small bits and pieces of sponges in my car once when I was cleaning the car's carpet. The broken pieces of sponges were not actually inside the air-cond vents but beneath the driver's seat. At first I thought the sponges came from the fabric seats, suspecting the seats had a tear and the sponges leaked out or something. But after second thought, the bits and pieces of sponges may have come out from the air-cond vents in my car. If not the main vents at the top, maybe the vents located beneath, near the legs. I didn't bother to pursue to the matter further as it is a small problem to me. After I cleaned up the sponge beneath the seat, I don't see anymore sponges. There are more "problems" with my car that I need to get them sorted out soon in my next appointment.

In your case, you should highlight your case and let them check and fix the problem.

Hope I can 'tahan' it for another 1,000KM next service. Quite shock to see it this morning, thought what rat shit is that. I tracked some v21, v22 forumers posted this, hope can the answer from them.

47K Mileage, 2012 Executive CVT Auto, recently experiencing RPM sudden rev then drop (like manual car changing gear), very noticeable at 2k RPM mark (1.6K RPM slightly). The sudden rev came with the car wants to storm/jerk, and not comfortable.

Any advice? Besides wait for next service and ECU reset.

No SAT, no change of car batt recently.

Need your advice here, Executive CVT

Car on about 10 degree slope

1. Start engine, warm up a bit
2. From P to D (counter slope, move forward)
3. Car vibrating hard
4. Lose power even pedaling
5. Have to restart engine, and try again, vibrating hard

------------

1. Start engine, warm up a bit
2. From P to R (counter slope, reverse)
3. Vibrating hard, lose power even pedaling
4. Restart engine to try until it moves, vibrating hard during the attempt

And this is the signal light when losing power, looks like a gearbox CVT warning,

Any tip if it cannot be fixed.

Driving 2012 CVT, was in rush this morning and forgot to turn off headlight.

Came back after 1 hour and noticed the LED light still on but headlight is off, only remember forgot to switch off. Worried about battery gone.

Luckily can start the car. Didn't aware of this auto headlight off, usually how long the light will off if forgot to switch off? Not turbo variant.

My dome light fall off, what caused this? Broken plastic? Can I just double taped from inside?

The plastic bery lousy, but the whole thing can change not expensive also. Whole thing fall off? If the screw area broken u have tough luck, if is the switch broken, still ok can glue back but i see the plastic not good if use a few times broke again. If me i just change new. But from shopee cheap cheap only. Terus buy led version, not whole car lit up so bright at night lol

The change is easy right? Just pull the thing down, reconnect the wire and push the new dome light back?

I asked the stock Proton one, RM20 something plus SST.
