hi all, just gotten my preve its a used car that i bought.
Was trying to find the user manual or handbook to lear what to be done and what can be done.
but got no finding on any of the web.
just some tips and normal trouble shot in this LYN.
Anyone has a softcopy that can be loaded here?

Anyone knows the boost of the turbo is set at?
Also anyone did the wastegate spring mod?
Seen photos of it but is there is no info on the spring rate or what type of spring to use.
Anyone know of the spring to use?
The boost after that is increased?

Im driving a preve yr2104 .was a 2nd hand buy a month ago.
Was on the way outstation doing 110-120kmh(first oustation drive)
Suddenly cvt warning light came on and loss of drive.pedal the throttle but no response.
Stop road side and off engine then after a half a minute start back and warning is off.continue drive then after a few minutes happened again.u turn back to kl.within road to uturn and back to kl happen a few more time.
Send to sc when arrive at kl.they plug in say its cvt oil temp. But say to do a cvt oil chg at next service.
But car is only 15k milage. Been using the car daily to work with 1hr plus jam and there is no issue before this.
Anyone have this happen before?
Usually what is the cause for the overheating of the oil?
Or could it be a sensor issue?

Bro mushy just got the hose chg last week.
The hose pecah got only engine oil light come on.

This happened yesterday and also today same above 120kmh drive of a few minutes it will happen and have to stop and start engine.

But what error is the cvt light indicating?
Sc cant find out?

Changed the hose last week.no issue with the hose
But now have cvt warning light coming on when doing 100-120kmh at highway for 5 -10min drive.

Sc check says it cvt oil temp for the cvt warning light.says i need to chg the cvt oil.but car is only 15k mileage

Im confused now.
I have the vacuum pump as posted
But i have a red tag on the gearbox.
So mine is vt3 or vt3+????

Also at the inner door frame on the driver side its stated as vt3
?????



I had a hid 4300k installed no issue with police or jpj been through each of the enforcer roadblock and followed behind a few police and jpj before as well.

To be safe just hide the ballast from view.

Still having issue with the cvt warning at high speed and no drive after warning on.anyone know of any such issue?
Read the punch rep reply bust seems its contradicting as they mention will never have high speed clutch overheat.

Been to sc and now are waiting for cvt temp sensor chg.
If anyone have above please do update here

Is it all the way from 2k to 4k rpm throught all speed?

Its done by Desmond from csb pro.
Chg of clear projector and rebase of bulb to h1.

Damage for the chg and hid is around 1.1k

Went to SC they have chged the cvt speed sensor.
But still issue the same.
Will go back to SC and complain again.

Just to update the cvt warning at high speed could be due to cvt oil foaming and incorrect oil level.

As for price comparison for same tyre, which will be cheaper and more expensive?

Anyone encounter brake light on even after switching off car?
Found some small broken plastic at the carpet

Hi guys,

Need some help on the CVT warning below.

when the car hits 140km/h the CVT warning will light up but the car can still accelerate. just that i release accelerator and when speed drown below 140km/h the warning will go off. then if repeat the same thing happens again.

CVT warning code found out at SC is P0721 @ second pulley speed unplausible.
Tried searching it as well and its saying input / output sensor on the pulley and SC has changed the sensor but still the issue remain.

Any other user of cvt having this same issue and it has been month and still issue unsolved.

Pls help.

finding alternatives. anyone know any preve trubo user that has converted his cvt to manual GB.

Seen in Suprima forum claiming some of the PreveC member has converted.
