I presume LED is the DRL white lights, a long strip of white lights below the main yellow headlights (bulb). If yes, no, I have not experienced any burnt LED lights throughout the 4 year ownership. But it's a different story with the main headlights which had been replaced about 4 to 5 times. This was way back in the first few years though when the lights keep dying in a span 4 to 8 months ie. after changing to new bulb it will go kaput in 4 to 8 months time. However, this problem was resolved with some wiring work and the bulb of the headlights has been going strong for more than 1 year now without any issues.

Getting back to your question, if you experience frequent burned bulbs of the headlight or long strip of LED white lights of the DRL, chances are it may not be the bulb problem but other problem causing the burnt bulbs, either wiring problem or something else.

preve is pretty solid, not much rust issues, power window motors may become weak but wont die. one of windows i need to keep lubricating it otherwise it will be very slow to go up

known issues are rocker cover gasket leakage after some time, (yes i kena)
some say low beam bulbs keep shorting out, (no i didnt kena)
HU which is shit (yes i agree)

I'm still driving my 5 yr old suprima which shares quite a lot of component with preve turbo and yes it has its small issues from time to time but its not really expensive fix
