Who shoud i look for if my exhaust claim is rejected by proton hq? My exhaust middle pipe is rusty and got holes. I really cannot accept this cos my car is just 2 yr old.

By the way. Is it common to have rusty spoiled exhaust among preve users?

and what did they normally do during servicing my car? just change engine oil and that's it?
