Err... what is there to share, next time you send for service, make sure they tune the engine (around 20-30)
Stock size is 205/55/R16. Better go to tyre thread for prices.

The to-go tyres are Michelin PS3 and Bridgestone RE003, price from RM300 to RM400, depending on shops and locations. Can also go for Dunlop D05 which is cheaper.

Few months ago, someone suggest me Dunlop tyre.

I bought mine about 150 each, if i rmbr correctly. But I am in Sarawak so maybe the prices here a bit more expensive. Dunlop d05.

eh sorry bro, i think i m wrong. i bought it last year so forgot how much. i think it was like 200 per tyre, but with balancing and alignment. also they took my old tyres, so considered trade in.

its all depends on traffic, i've always stuck in a jam, >70% city driving, rm60 of fuel can only last <250km. but when i drove on highway, RM60 of fuel can easily hit >400km.

hi all, i felt something wrong with my preve turbo.
the FC is terribly high! I pumped rm60 RON95 and it can only go less than 300KM. Gosh

any comment?

1. Change patrol station. I use petron ron95
2. Driving at 90km/h for better improvement.
3. Try cleaning MAF, MAP, O2 sensor, turbocharger.

CVT gearbox is fuel economic for long distance driving 90km/h. Start stop driving, jammed, short distance & high speed making worse FC.

Major service is at 60k and yes it's around 1.5k, but slightly lower.

Don't fall for service center 'recommendation' and insist on sticking to the scheduled service in the warranty book. They are running business, they want more money faster.

IIRM, 100k is no longer under warranty?

That RM 1.5k major service you could get it outside around RM 800

What major service is this? Checked the manual, nothing exceeds RM700

According to Proton website, Preve CFE 60k service is RM651. Not where you found service more than RM1k

It shouldnt be that expensive. I did my 30k and it cost me below 500. And that they service my aircond. the actual mileage for aircond service is 40k. 1500 is a little to much. see what are they quoting you.then you decide which is priority. Maybe it also cost that much because of some special reason. Double and triple check with the SC please. dont simply agree. buta only.

Same like me.  My CFE PREVE is 2.5 years old but its mileage today is only 12.6k km.  But no choice have to service every 6 months, otherwise warranty will be void.

Previously, my SAGA also went back to service after 1 year and they immediately void my warranty with no further negotiation.    I told them even after 1 year, it's still less than 5k km from the last service but they don't care but will go strictly by the books.
