i think proton is really trying their best to give best service, so far i am getting quite decent after-sales service, just i dont like the fact i need to use their engine oil provided at SC for the warranty purpose. My SC only provide shell helix ultra for full syn, around rm220+ include labor where i can get petronas syn3000 around 200? which is more suitable for turbocharged car.
btw if my car still going to the left side of the road, even after do tire alignment everything, what should i tell the SC? becos last time i tell the SC they say do alignment for me oledi but still eat to left, they tell me the road is slight tileted to the left, but the problem is if i try to drive the the opposing lane when there is no car coming in front, the car still going to the left, slightly. So i need to tell them wat to check, sometimes they are not so brilliant.
Just for sharing. Very common for those foreman to say the road issue. I personally dont believe them much.btw if my car still going to the left side of the road, even after do tire alignment everything, what should i tell the SC? becos last time i tell the SC they say do alignment for me oledi but still eat to left, they tell me the road is slight tileted to the left, but the problem is if i try to drive the the opposing lane when there is no car coming in front, the car still going to the left, slightly. I did my alignment during my second service last week. Before alignment got slight feel eat to the left but not serious. After alignment, become totally bad. The steering will go to the left immediately. After send back for another round of alignment only the matter is resolved. Still got feel eat to left, but less noticeable.
By the way, is it usual for the SC to subcon the alignment work? cause SC Plentong here does it.
