how to solve this? will this affect a/c?

Under normal circumstances, when we arm/lock any car while any door is ajar, there would be a reminder like the horn blaring to bring our attention to the said matter. The same applies to Preve EXCEPT if the ajar door happens to be any of the 2 front ones. The SC said that's the way it is for Preve. Is that true? Other Preve owners' feedback is very much appreciated. Its failure to send out such reminder is not that helpful as sometimes, we may be at quite a distance from our car when we want to be sure that we've locked it.

yeap, same to me, you lock the car then it will automatically unlock it without alarming.

No. No change in setting has been made, ie all doors are to open or lock at the same time. It's just that when any of the 2 front doors is ajar, the car would not lock/arm and would not give out any alert on the matter either.

I'm hoping to find out if any of you know where I can get a good price for the tyres around PJ/Selangor area.

I'm looking to replace the worn out front tyres on my Exora.

Who shoud i look for if my exhaust claim is rejected by proton hq? My exhaust middle pipe is rusty and got holes. I really cannot accept this cos my car is just 2 yr old.

Reason was i didnt Service my car on time. Cos i usually service my car weeks later than the assigned date as im using fully syn but the mileage is always over 5k abit only.

By the way. Is it common to have rusty spoiled exhaust among preve users?

Are you saying that if your scheduled service is at 10,000 km, you have brought in your car with the mileage at 15,000 + km? If that is the case, doesn't sound like "a bit" to me.

is it me or Preve power steering damn heavy

test drive a few different car

-Almera E (lightest)
-Bettle 1.4 (heavier)
-E-Class AMG package W212 (light)
-Iriz (light)

when i test drive e-class. i turn left/right..super light..then i drive back my preve..feel heavy

for example. scheduled service is 6 months later or 10k km later. previously serviced on 23 august 2014 with odometer clocked at 5000km (written by them). then i did my next service on 30 march 2015 with meter clocked at 10885km. although late by weeks but bear in mind im using full syn, synthium 3000. latest service date was 17th october 2015 clocked at 15612km.

just want to know is there any possibility that the mechanics there exchange the exhaust pipe secretly? cos i have sent my car for bumper replacement and kept at the repair centre for 3 weeks. The repair centre is at bintawa, ptoton iteslf. bcos before i send in for bumper replacement my car didnt produce such kind of noise

bcos they said 10k km or 6 moths whichever comes earlier. regarding the 1 year warranty, the booklet got stated there clearly. but it's crazy that my exhaust can get a big hole just by 2 years. my dad's 20 yr old van's exhaust still ok.

all these while my car was serviced at their biggest service center in KCH. but still.. shitty service. all ican tell is that the 2 service centres now are pushing blame to each other

Guys, after a year and half. Officially my left bulf got spoilt. Now im planning to change to white bulb. having philips diamond vision on my mind. Any other suggestion sifus?

I had once thought of macam-macam LED or HID. Real practical reasons, good illumination and economy, stick with standard bulbs. RM20 per piece from Proton, I wouldn't care if it burns every year.

Sound of air leak is common issue. But i remember i read it somewhere in forum somebody said can be settled by your ownself.

Just got quoted price from Proton.
RM1,500 for the windscreen and the electronic sensor. Not sure if including labour. I think it is.
