is windows 10 recommended to update?

quit like the win 8.1 start/home screen, cos have touch screen...

i'm planning to get ms surface, but now still thinking either to choose for new surface 4 pro or 2nd hand unit surface 3 pro. The reason is i'm first time owner of 2 in 1 device. already have company macbook but prefer to use my own device when doing personal work.

if i'm getting new one, i will request for company loan 5 years so around RM90+ permonth. otherwise i will get 2nd unit paying cash.

after doing some survey, for new one with all accessory (keyboard/dock/hdmi adapter) it cost me 5K. and for 2nd hand unit i can below 2.5k

any advise from ms surface users?

1 question. i noticed there's a usb port at the charging adapter. can be use to charge henfon ah?
