anybody experienced flickering screen and BAD battery life?

I'm now trying to tweak things like brightness, Bluetooth, etc to optimise my battery power. and even at 25% brightness, Bluetooth turned off, windows hello turned on, the battery last only about 5hours, including 1.5hours of standby - that is essentially 3.5hours of usage only. Is this normal? |
