How you order your replacement cord?

Oh no they only replace the cord not the power supply

do you have problem key in the address? I only can key in few word for the address. how you manage Key in address in full?

Just got my replacement of poiwer cord this morning after 1 week I made the request.

Some of you might have problem input the address on the second row.

I also have the same problem but luckily the TNT courier delivery able to know my address even though it is not a full address and called me to deliver to me very fast.

Don't worry, they will call first if they found problem on the address.

The Sender office is at Glenmarie but the item is sent from Penang.

Guys,i think there is prpblem with my surface pro 1, the power button is not responding well, and sometimes its bsod then i have to wait until the battery is out, then push the power button unti hit the spot then it will turn on..

Any fix on this? I still have extended warranty with harvey norman, do you think they will accept it?

Today my replacement Surface Pro 3 came, and when I opened it, the first thing I noticed is how many minor scuff on the screen under the light. Even long long scuff also got but only observed under light. I'm quite disappointed because before that my original SP3 has a screen protector and this one is like this.
