It's run 100% speed, of coz it's whining out loud. Try adjust the pump speed curve accordingly to temp....I think all P8Z77-M fan header can control the speed using Fan Xpert+ software even for 3-pin connector...

I had tried to adjust it in curved line with Asus fan Xpert+, but the clicking sound will come out and high pitch whining sound still exist with same noise level. sad.gif
