I urgently need to renew my Validity 365 which expires soon but when I key in *100# to renew I can see no menu for this action.
PLEASE can someone advise how I can complete my renewal.
Telephoned Maxis helpline but not very helpful, told me to dial *128*22# and can renew... I did and it told me I already had 90/365 so cannot renew.
Why so difficult/complicated to renew on Hotlink. I am thinking it might be best to look for another provider.

My validity expires 02/08/15 and I see this morning it has changed to
25/10/15. This is not 365 days . My mobile is 012845xxxx . I am not comfortable with providing full name and i/c on open website.
