My home fiber has issue after 1 day of installation, I had reported to their customer service since last saturday. It's already more than 5 days, I keep calling and no action is taken. Waiting TM net is an answer. Am I dealing with TM or Maxis? Why technical dept never give me a call for an investigation? I call everyday! It's wasting my time and money. Their service is sucks!!!!
