Maxis customer service is suck

My home fiber has issue after 1 day of installation, I had reported to their customer service since last saturday. It's already more than 5 days, I keep calling and no action is taken. Waiting TM net is an answer. Am I dealing with TM or Maxis? Why technical dept never give me a call for an investigation? I call everyday! It's wasting my time and money. Their service is sucks!!!!

This is also the main reason why i refuse to changover to Maxis despite offering me cheaper and using exactly the same hardware as Unifi...
Telemarketeer : " Boss, kenapa tak nak tukar? Murah sikit dan tak kacau apa apa hardware?"
Me : "Maxis customer service lousy, cakap je bagi 10mb tapi banyak komplen tak dapat speed tu"
Telemarketeer : hang up
My experience with TM is quite okay , at least they have better call center and their technician is quick to settle the problems

they are right.. maxis riding on tm pipeline
so have to wait for tm to respond
