This doesn't suit as a decent gaming laptop requirement though. Can say that GT920M and i3 is not built for gaming purpose, though it might still can play cs:go on medium-high settings at around 30-40 fps.
Gaming rig then possible to get good gpu.

IMHO, with RM1500, you can only get the following model at RM1,430/-
Asus X454LJ-VX138B X-Series 14" Laptop/ Notebook (i3-5005U, 2GB, 500GB, NV GT920M, W8.1B)

It doesn't entirely fits your requirement though. But have a look. Hope it helps. thumbup.gif

Go for desktop instead.

Eg...
GTX960 vs GTX960M is totally different story

I really like the asus x454LJ really, should upgrade 4gb more for ram, hmm is this ok enough for basic gaming laptop? hehe,

Just me 2 cents here. If you are moving around with your laptop, you can consider buying a desktop instead of a laptop. The graphic card performance is so much difference with your current budget. But if you insist to buy a laptop, the only option u have is the Asus x454LJ. You can request for a free ram upgrade from the dealer (some will ask u to pay though). GT920M can only allow you to play games at low/medium settings. But not all sort of game ya.
For instance,

Batman: Arkham Knight
low 1280x720 setting - 16fps

The Witcher 3
Low 1024x768 setting - 19 fps

You can barely play these games with the GT920M. cool2.gif

its too general to define basic gaming... state the game you like

eg : sure this cant handle GTAV / Witcher3
