And what's the problem with that?

Some bosses rather have small company with big income because of less headache tongue.gif

Anyway, it is his company and he has the right to do whatever he wants. As long as he pays you good money (and on time), that's alright smile.gif

sweat.gif very good "imagination"

One of my ex-boss do the same, they have no intension to expand the company, they just want to continue their life like that, they are like most employees, as long as they are making their salary, they dont bother much. Boss like these very good at bsing to staff, telling they will expand the business, hiring more and more ppl and will place under you. These might happen after world war 3 tongue.gif.

Before anyone start criticizing their bosses on this, consider the following:
- should you be in their position, would you do the same?
- as was mentioned already, not everybody is out to grow their company to the point of being able to compete with the likes of IBM in terms of revenue

Apart from that, the only viable reason to condemn a boss will be should he continues to draw such a salary for himself even should the staff salary already be late.

Yeah when I was working for such boss, I do think "what if im him", its ok if he has no intension of expanding the company but bluffing at ppl always not a correct way no matter what is his intension. We arent saying he is taking money from the company, its belongs to him anyway, he can shut it down if he wants to. Just the part which they telling lots of scam is what I cannot accept. I was in such company b4, I know the staff b4 me, and the staff after me, always 1 man show, 1 leg kick, and ppl doing work like these very boring, and hopefully has more ppl in the company. Since they didnt plan to have extra staff, their emplyee will try to leave, to avoid things like these happens, they start bsing.

Its easy to know they are telling the truth or bsing, a boss wanna push their company towards better tomorrow always work hard, looking for extra business, and bosses that dont want to always spend time enjoying with their friends and family during working hours.

well, the way I see it, at the end of the day how the company will end up is up to the boss themselves; its their company to grow as they see fit, and its also their company to run to the ground as they see fit

For the employees, the questions will be as such:
- is stuff like your salary, claims, EPF, etc done properly
- are you getting the increment and/or advancements that you want (within realistic reasons)

those are the things to think about when deciding if its worth staying or to look for something else

Did you work alone b4 ? in a small company ? Its very ... quiet, if you off the air-con, and radio, you can heard sound "yeeeeee", its like jail, 4 walls, i been so boring until i start throwing flying cds towards the wall, or sometimes talking to myself, yeah 1 or 2 days, u feel nothing, but for 1-2 years ? I feel its nightmare for many ppl, even to ppl who dont like to talk. I promised to myself, will never join any company like thatin the future, no matter what is the salary.

Yes, I have worked both alone and also in a large crowd before. This one here will depend a lot on the individual, not everybody will like that sort of isolation, and not everybody will dislike that sort of isolation either.

Often these facts is not transparent to normal workers, unless you got hold of their bankbooks. Even payslip is deceiving.

Oh well, does it matter? As long as we are getting a fair share of the loot.
