mikelanding was the first person to report to me when received his fans. The frame of his fan was so badly damage that it looks like a rat had eaten part of it. The only cause that I could think of was the poslaju man handled them SO badly that a sturdy and solid fan can have its frame chipped off. I suggest mikelanding to check if it was pierced on the package by any sharp objects and he found a suspicious tear on the package which might suggest that PosLaju actually did that. Here are some pics by mikelanding.

My procedures in packing:
I usually send my fans using envelopes and just recently use the plastic bag provided by PosLaju (only for seanl's packing). For mikelanding, I used my usual way of packing which is wrapped with bubble wraps followed by another layer for brown paper (to prevent opening the envelope to peep what's inside) and into the envelope. Then I'll ensure that the officer attach the FRAGILE sticker on it.
The difference that I done this time is going to a bigger post office in SS15 instead of the post office in Giant USJ because I had to meet with another buyer in that area. Another difference is that the FRAGILE sticker has shrink so small that it is barely noticeable.
Suggestions that would benefit both parties
mikelanding and I do not have much options right now and would love to hear from th member. We however have agreed that we the person should be held responsible is Poslaju for mishandling the package. Unfortunately, we don't really the proper procedure to do it ie whether mikelanding should go to the post office or me.
