but in the first place why dint you check your breks after the foreman has finished fixing your bike ?
well... glad to hear the eveything is ok now... did you see what he did ?
because the nut and screw can be on the pump or the caliper... if pump means is the high -low calibration adjusted to your own likeness... if the nut & screw on the caliper means there is air in the brek line....

but anyway. now it is fine... so... happy riding. rclxms.gif

i dont think it is hard to mod HID to bikes! the only problem is to make sure that the light (HID) is focusing on the road. It is alo hard to mod the light socket to match it to the HID base. sweat.gif It take time !

it could the calibattion is too high... when the calibration is too high for disk brek... if will be rubbing on the disk plate.. then when the brek become hot.. it will jammed..

my modified my rear to disk brek. So i calibrate the pump to be as high as possible. Then ... after riding for more than 20 kilometers.... my brek jammed ! So when i loosen it... not too high... until now no problem at all !

The purpose for me putting so high is because when i take corner at fast speed. .the brek pedal wont touch the road and disable me to brek ! i m using EX5 .. so some of you guys might know what i mean. Bikes like RG... RXZ .. TZM... TXR wont have this problem because their brek padel is high above .

wow.. that is dangerous... if you take corner at fast speed.. your might lost control of your bike when the nut is not screwed propely. Which motor shop did you go to ? blacklist the shop ! mad.gif

that why i think have to chage the rectifier to a bigger one... provide faster battery charging. If your motor battery compartment is big enough.. you might want to think of putting bigger battery into your motor.
