QUOTE(nyapheng @ Nov 13 2006, 02:12 AM)
why i cant said loud?
form the beginning until now is just beacuse i dunno the baterry condition so i willing to refund but u are the one who rude make me not really happy about it so i nego until what i had offer.be fair ok?
and what i had pm u just now as prove
i only willing to refund rm 100 for baterry refund to me also but u can keep the battery within this 4 months until u have enough money to buy a new one
and reasonable rm 285 free shipping x 40% power lost so rm 100 is reasonable.
*
Nyapheng, that won't settle the problem...

Why?

Ok, read this, before u sell the notebook to "Keat12" why don't u try test the notebook by you'reself first?

It's you're mistake that you didn't test the notebook first...

You should have test in every aspect, and what is wrong in that notebook now, is the battery, why didn't u test the battery in the first place?

I am not in "Keat12" side, as i don't know him, and i never deal with him...
So i am not in anyone's side...

The only solution now is, as u've made u're mistake by not testing the notebook first, i think you shouldn't refund RM100, but do it in the other way...

Buy a new battery to replace the malfunction 60% battery...

If you're going to say that "Keat12" have tested the notebook for one hour, this is my answer, how in the world can he test the battery charging in that time? sweat.gif

Refunding RM100 or 40% of the battery price won't settle anything...
It won't even do any good...

Infact, you're giving more problem to this matter...

Think... cool.gif

Find a solution quickly...

And as i've said earlier, nyapheng, my advice is u should replace a new battery for "Keat12" notebook... smile.gif

Then, problem solved... rclxms.gif

Nyapheng...

Look at this thread: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=361093&hl=

How in the world that you've said here that you didn't have time to test and you never know the condition of the battery, but in the other way, you've open a thread asking about the battery?

That mean, you've tested the battery...

Now that there's a proof that you've tested the battery, and you already know the condition that the battery can't be charged to 100%, why didn't u state in the topic that you're selling the ferrari notebook? shocking.gif

And why did you said to Keat12 that the battery is new when you u'reself already know that the battery won't charge to 100%?

Nyapheng

coz as i know higher spec laptop will have higher comsuption baterry energy.
exspecially with dedicated 128mb graphic card

Hey man, i don't understand you...
Even if the notebook is a high end, that doesn't make the battery will go to 60% after u take out the adapter...

There man, you've mad you're mistake...

Don't cover up anymore...
Just replace the battery with a new one...

There's already a proof that u've lied to "Keat12" about "Unknown Condition Battery"

Forgive Keat12 if he's word is wrong...
Like what u've said, he's a kid, unmatured, so as a grown man, why can't u just forgive it?

Just forget all the problems...

The only way to settle this problem is to replace a new battery...
Don't refund 40% of the battery as no one would accept that when the seller himself already know the condtion of the battery...

It's unacceptable...

Easy solution: Replace a new battery...

I'm sure that a man with a 12K income won't have a problem to spent some money to replace a new battery that is not more than RM300 right? laugh.gif

To nyapheng:
There's already a proof that you are in the wrong side...

Believe me, u don't want to refund a 40% battery...
B'coz by doing that, it will make u'reself look stupid, hardheaded and a non accepting own false person...

Just replace a new battery...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Keat12:
Will you accept if nyapheng buy you a new battery to replace the 60% malfunctioned battery? smile.gif

Good for you... thumbup.gif

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Nyapheng:
Will you or won't you replace a new battery for "Keat12"?

Answer this question, everyone waits for you're good answer...

Don't run away from this question...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My advice for both of you:
Keat12, make sure that nyapheng buy the new battery infront of you...

Do not let him give you a battery and claiming that it's a new battery...

He have lied once, so don't expect to believe him...

Meet him when he's going to buy a new battery from ACER Service Office...

ok just back from toilet
yes
i did post the thread and asked for it
then?is it consider an unknow condition?
coz i asked the question and no one reply or answer me
so at my side i dunno this is a good or faulty baterry.coz no one answer and is still unknown condition right?
did i lie?
thats not coz i still unknown teh condition so i ask somebody about normal baterry life is how long thats why i asked,
if i know the baterry is faulty i wont asked in same forums and sell in the same forums and sell in my shop.coz it is new and unknown condition
in this case i will refund
but definately not a new baterry
coz when we deal i already said test how ever u want and no personal warranty will be given and this agree by him.so in responsibility side i no need to take any responsibility on it am i right
but on the reasonable side i should refund abit on it,(due after he told me one cell inside the baterry is spoil then i know the problem occur)so
in reasonable site i refund abit

Nyapheng, u know what?
U are making more and more people hate you...

Look everyone, he is not accepting his mistake...

What kind of seller is this?

Baka...

I hate this kind of seller...

I've never met this kind of seller before...

Nyapheng, it's proven that it's u're mistake...

Why can't u just admit it and replace a new battery?

Keat12, can u tell us which shop in Time Square is he working? blink.gif

and it not relateted to i earning how much per month, its related that how much responsiblility i should take on this scene.
and i never log off
i just go to toilet.and make a big big business, and after i read anything i also no hard feeling at all.
something i make mistake
coz i tought u are 20 but u are 22 actually.
at my side,no illegal responsibility i need to take but i willing to refund bit after u told me the one of the cell of the baterry is spoil so cant charge all,b4 that i dunno the condition due no one reply me anything so after i charge it show 2h usage so i think it reasonable.so it also consider unknown condition but new

It's faulty la u ***hole!!!

No need to ask other people...

Can easily know the answer by you'reself...

You wanna know why is there no reply in you're topic?
Because everyone thinks that u are so stupid, just to open a new topic, where you you'reself can find the answer by just thinking...

Man, this is not my problem, but the way you act so arrogant and hardheaded, it's picking on my nerve... mad.gif vmad.gif

Just admit u're mistake and replace a new battery or just bank in the amount of the new battery la!!! mad.gif vmad.gif

"nyapheng" is an arrogant & hardheaded man...

I wonder how can he be a father to his own child [Neither now or in the future]

I think he'll be this kind of person:

If he done wrong to his wife or his kids, he will never admit it, and he'll never say sorry...

That's "nyapheng" for you... laugh.gif

Everyone, think about this:

Why nyapheng doesn't want to provide any personal warranty for the notebook that he sold to Keat12?

I know the answer...

Because he himself already know that the notebook has a minor faulty part that is: the battery...
So, to protect himself from taking out some money to replace the faulty part, he said that there will be no personal warranty at all...

Clever liar...

Keat12, do tell us he's details:

Name of the shop that he works
He's fullname
He's phone number
He's bank account [If you have]
He's IC Number [If you have]

We all here, really wants to avoid to meet this kind of unethical seller...

Hope you can help us all in avoiding this kind of seller...

Put his details in the first post... notworthy.gif

Cool it Keat. His family and those around him who are innocent.. leave them alone. laugh.gif
Other then that, you can curse the fella who cheated you as much as you like. Though, it would be nice to see you update some information about him and his shop as Shawty mentioned so that we can keep this in mind when we're looking for notebooks. smile.gif

I hoped to see Nyapheng being able to sort out this problem graciously. Guess it failed to.

See, enigmatic also agree in me saying that you should put his details in the first post...

We all here want to keep ourself from meeting this kind of seller...

To addup, if we've got the details about him and the shop that he works on, we can pass the information about the shop that he works at, so that none of our relative and friend will go to his shop...

After our relative and friends also will also help in passing the information about this unethical seller... thumbup.gif
