Hi all,

Last 2 week i got a called from maxis and offer me a special plan called maxis one plan 5gb at RM158. This plan not one plan 2gb + 3gb.

Today go to service center and plan to change my supp to maxis one share since i got so many data.

But after call 123 & ask service center, since i am only few selected customer, you cannot maintain this special plan if you wanna take phone or change plan for my supp. I have to revert back to standard One plan 2 GB + 1GB (RM158) and no 5gb data allocation.

Is there any way i can still remain my special plan and change my supp plan + take a phone indeed.

regards

digi 5gb plan is even cheaper than maxis one plan...RM108 and RM10 rebate for 12 months.. free 300 mins call and 300 sms

Can think about it if your area is within the coverage.

Hi hellfried,

If you are bind in contract tenure, it is not highly recommend to make any changes as it will trigger the contract penalty.

Thank you

on the website the maxis one plan includes free premium spotify and no data deduction from streaming music via spotify. there is also mention of 'unlimited social chat'. does this also mean that there is no data deduction from using these social chat apps?

Hi,

In regards to your enquiry, please take note all data usages such as normal browsing or accessing social chat apps, the allocated data will be deducted. But once you have reached the quota allocated, you may still access to the sites but the speed will throttle down. You may refer to the T&C's for more information on all your questions.

We hope the above clarifies. thumbup.gif

Thank you.

yes i would like to know as well. I subscribed to iValue2 (24mths) in January'15 when i purchased the iPhone 6plus. But I'm interested to change my plan to Maxis One 5GB. Would i incur a penalty even though I'm interested in a more expensive plan?

Maxis gets more money while I get a plan I'm interested in. Win-win situation
