I have applied to upgrade my vip5 to vip10 on last Friday and they have called me on that day to process my application..normally how many days require for the upgrading process to take place?

finally managed to upgrade my speed to 10mbps..but on the speedtest i only get about 9.5mbps..i am planning to change my stock router to asus rt-12hp..any significant change in speed if i change that router?

I am subscribing vip10 but always getting speed about 9.5mbps..is there any way where I can increase my speed close to 10mbps?
