one way of helping you is for you to express your feelings or your problems, as detail as possible, and anonymously if you prefer.

Just express all your problems, all what you have been through here, even if it is not good. People who has experience would come here to give you some advice.

To make it anonymously, just simply create another account here smile.gif

well, from now on, you should have prepare for plan B and C if plan A failed, prepare for the worst , acknowledge that sometime ,something will be out of your range of control. example :  raining, you cant control when it raining start, but you can always prepare for it, take an umbrella.

failure is the mother of success, so dont be afraid of failing , the more you failed, the more you will understanding the problem and eventually you can find a solution to it.

temporary blaming urself is fine, but after that you still need to find the solution for ur problem.

the way you describe your parent kinda make me feel like they're not a good parent, but thats okay, you just have to ignore them, dont let their negativity affect you.

hater gonna hate, you cant control how people view about you, so ,stop care about their judgement, it is you, you're the only one that is true to yourself, and it is only you that you should mainly accounted for.

apart from all the above mentally works, you still have to eat well, sleep well, a healthy soul can only be maintain by a healthy body, if you interesting in some diet advise, i think i can give u some, only if you're interested. ( i dont like to waste my time typing then only to be ignored by the person)

seconded.

Life is up and down.
Not everyone will have the time to monitor someone if they really work hard or not. This is the thing you must learn to accept.
For instance like me, I work on programme code most of the time.
When sometimes there are some hard task assigned to me, I would spend double or triple time to work on it, but people would never see it.
When I manage to overcome, they say "aiya easy job" and that's it. No affirmation or appreciation.
If fails, they would get furious and angry, even I did tried super hard. But who cares?
But as I failed, i learned at the same time. This is something we need to build within ourself. Mentally strong and stay optimistic.

As more events happen in your life, you would experience more. Prob the worst still hasn't come yet.

Sitting in your room or lying on the bed, keep thinking on the issue wont work too. Go out, travel, do some leisure activities, to relax your mind and body.

Infront of the others, I'm a very happy and positive person. All those emotions that I mentioned earlier is all when I'm alone. So no one know if I'm okay or not. No one knows I'm like that. But I know that is not a good sign is not a good habit to have, that's I'm here to seek help.
I can be very okay but can be very not okay in a sudden sad.gif
And this never happen to me last time when similar situation happen.

You might wanna read this
http://www.helpguide.org/articles/depressi...-depression.htm

From the article (Some good point):
1) Allow yourself to be less than perfect.
2) Eating
3) Enough Sleep

If you don't mind, you can tell us one or two detailed problems.

Btw, do you feel heart pumps faster than usual when you're in the mood?

Oh ya, you remind me. I do feel my heartbeat faster, which I think is normal because when somebody is angry or panic, their heartbeat will beats faster. However, in the same time I will feel nausea, keep like wanted to throw out when I'm nervous or worried, especially when my heart beats faster. Hand shanking, sometimes but I didn't really think it happens often. And one main concern is my chest will feel sudden pain(just a small area of the chest. Not left chest tho, so I don't think is related to heart) which last for a few seconds. To explain the feeling will be mild electrical shot. Chest pain problem had started since about a year ago

If this is the case, it might be something not right going on.
I do feel anxiety sometimes, and feeling a little dizzy and heartbeat fast but I do not feel chest pain or nausea.
I think you should check out with doctor sooner. Just to be sure it is just stress, not other health issue.
I can't comment further on health issue because I have no experience in medical aids.. sryyy..

Have you try to voice out to anyone what EXACTLY is bothering you in ur mind? pin point the events.
This would help too, sometimes speaking out is a way too..

sometimes stranger are easier to talk to, since there are no commitment in between.
Last time when I has major breakdown I just google some random forum or social media, then post all problems there.
People eventually will come and give advice.

But just do not get too attached to them. Haha.
