So it will come with a food court, plus community area, badminton courts, grocery etc.
Also low density. Overall a good project surprisingly. But at 1mil would you stay at a condo or landed property? I know nearby 1m can get double storey terrace house. |

All the stalls will move to Zam Zam cafe. The one nearby centerpoint.
