1000psf is ok la… but the built up too big… so a bit difficult to digest by market

That’s lower than I expected it to be.

Fully furnished from 2.7k to 3.0k

Partly furnished 2.3k to 2.5k

I just got some replies from the area specialist. Dk how true is it but there’s one or two unit in Megah Rise transacted with 2.7k and 3.3k respectively.

Some landed costs more than that alrdy. I’m also amazed( haha sorry kampung boy come to city mindset) how prices drastically shot up in these 2 years.

Some owners asking 1.6-1.7 for double storey terrace and 3mil ++ onwards for semi d 😫🥺
