i pass by quite regularly but lazy to check out the signage.
i notice the edge protection were done very well and general housekeeping has been quite good.
deserve some credits.

I dunno anything about sqwhere boss. Not an owner. Haha

KP's work seems pretty decent from afar. Used to see their work on The Shore in Malacca last time when i go back there on certain weekends.

In case anyone still wondering, there are still available units but really limited.

The lowest Price PSF currently available is RM991 psf. happy.gif

Yeah…was quite surprised to find out it’s so expensive. What is the take up rate? Fully furnished?

even though the location very strategic, but paying 1100psqft, I would expect some more exclusive neighbourhood then next to a pasar.

The high price is to achieve a few things, deliver a property with high quality and standards, encourage own stay and discourage flippers and buying for rental income.
Ultimately subsale price will come down if no buyers but there are desperate sellers.

The Pasar Pagi smell is bad after they slaughtered chickens. Every morning sure you will wake up to the smell of dead chickens. OMG
