i can see a way Ohako make a comeback for the money that the invested in this project. By sueing dobson for defamation. correct me if im wrong. the developer only consider mislead customer if they misrepresent their product. Since the cemetery is outside of the "product" scope so there is no element of misleading or deceptive. Unless when u ask the sales representative and they say that place is something other than cemetery. then only is consider misleading. Please have a solid ground when u saying a developer deceptive or misleading

buyer have to understand they have responsibility to do their own homework. If u are lose rm200 because of the cemetery take that as a lesson and not whining like a children

Please define cheap. It all depend on which project you benchmark against. you should blame yourself for asking the wrong question. You go to all property sales galery which salesman will tell their project expensive. they will say is vale for money and they will find alot of fact to make it sound worth every single sen u spend. If u really wan a developer to be so "gentlemen" then i think u should ask dobsonto start a new developer company because he seem to be keen to be too honest
