Came across a few lately.

When asked about the 15 acres cemetery, they were like 'Oh really? How come I was not told?'

That's what I meant, developer knows its taboo but yet they decide to cover the fact & hide the truth.

Imagine what will happen once the purchaser finds out about the cemetery, after signing the S&P

My bankers tell me he is super desperate now, pushing the banks to quickly call purchasers so that they will take up loan offer letter and be ready for S&P signing.

I suppose Buyer must conduct due diligence 1st b4 sign SPA as Developer sell n build based on 'as is where as' basis

Few of my client is submitting their loan thru my side for few banks, and they got my contact from my client side and keep calling every two day asking me about status
