Finally signed up the SPA and also LO!

My SA has been a great help despite she made some mistakes like misinformation. I guess thats what people say about Ohako should hire professional SA. But its okay la. I have bothered her for the past 2weeks+ with never ending questions!  I did asked her to cancel my booking... as this will be my first property, I was pretty shocked to know a lot of thing that I need to pay (MoT, Stamp Duty Fee and Loan Reimbursement Fees and others like assessment charge and quit rent) and it will be a long term commitment. But she still helped me with a lot of stuff (yeah I know she'll benefited if she can sell this to me) and I think she's pretty new in this property fields, so win-win (Im a first time home buyer as well). It has been an educational journey so far and so, I finally decided to go with Ohako after I went for a site visit.

So, I took a lot of photos (I received permission from my SA ok! And Ohako pretty confident that I can share this publicly) for everyone's viewing. I've compiled the photos into a zip file (photos are in .HEIC format, if you are unable to view it, reformat it to JPG or PNG by yourselves). Oh, theres also a video included:

And before anyone ask me about "cemetery", it did cross my mind during the site visit. You can still see it from the parking bay. But it doesn't bother me that much (and I just don't care), besides... it looks nice what.

Ohako is not perfect though, but personally, it is better than other places that I went (with better price tag and decent builtup for a single person) and most importantly, it is not too far away from my workplace.

And about the illegal factory nearby, they promised (black and white promise) to remove it (around June-July I guess) and do a landscaping.

Percentage for completion: 70%+
