1. unit that will see cementery will be the corner unit which is in the yellow column.  ( As Attached).
FYI, developer promise to put grossy glass for the unit that will be see-ing the cementery.

2. Bridge
- developer had contribute one big amount of money . Other developer do so as well.

Block B is now open for registration, can check with me if you are interested. =)

According to developer, Sept will launch block B which will increase pricing estimated RM20K+.

And they have news saying that MPSJ will start build up the bridge REAL SOON.

So IF the BRIDGE is CONFIRM! The price CONFIRMED will increase !

Free bridge to sunway my view not possible what i think more vible is that the developer create another new access to Taman mawar. Right now the only access Jalan Pipit definitely over crowded.

Taman mawar is good option because that will cut short the route to taman kinrara sekyen 4 and lead to kesas highway. No escaping toll sure no issue.

I remember Dun Kinrara YB Ng did mention this propose new access in press before..

Jam and pay the toll, or jam but no Toll. Not difficult to choose.

Don't so rush buy bro. Check the surrounding first. Behind and front got special landmark. : )
