my employer makes it insanely difficult to enter directly in the equity market. need to ask permission from CEO, CIO, and risk office. which takes 21 days. need to note that every single transaction and time. need to note the nosh, price, and total. need to declare everything.

So whatever shares i have when i join the company, i havent buy/sell anything.

so being lazy, i just go ASB.
