Correct, you can see the signs liaw.
1. MRCB gets 92 acre of Stadium land. Office, mall, commercials and high end resi likely. 2. Mara wants to build educational campus. 3. Asia Pacific uni expand campus. 4. Maju and Parkhill build up residential supply. 5. MRT, LRT and proposed new ktm station at Maju. 6. Still alot of empty TPM land there. What else will they build? This place used to be lousy area, now they all kamcheng make it boom liaw. On the other side, you have Pavilion and Paradigm. Bukit Jalil really will be a very nice place to live. Nia seng the mrt so far away how to walk. And the ktm station is just "proposed". You never know when will be completed. Proposed monorail in okr untill now still talking only.
