Asked what he has been busy with lately, Abu Sahid said he was focusing on property development. During his Hari Raya open house, his employees were handing out brochures on a project in Sungai Besi called Maju Kuala Lumpur.

The project consists of 4,200 loft apartments with 850,000 square feet of retail space.

- Not first timer developer.
- Mixed development of commercial and residential.
- Strategic location and high visibility from major highways.
- Service apartments used for residential.
- Unit size estimated 850 sq ft, 3 bedder.
- All duplex units and double facade loft apartments.
- Proposed pedestrian link bridge to existing LRT Station and upcoming proposed MRT Line 2 Station.
- Commercial retail 850,000 sq ft comes with first of its kind convenience kiosk drive-thru.
- Doubted "75% furnishing".
- Smart Home System provided.
- Podium or basement carpark provided.
- From below RM500k.

Most likely in taman salak selatan, MRT2 Station S24. Definitely, a good deal for close vicinity to KL, LRT and MRT2 connection, 850sqft, 3 bedder below rm500k.

I wouldn't be surprised queuing starts 1 day before. Lets hope got group purchase, less headache to que overnight on the streets.

If not mistaken the show unit is about ready and its high density project more than oug parklane. Maybe can ask ask a bit more

I believe they have not make any announcement as timing is not ideal e.g. economic slowdown , political crisis. It is a slow motion process.

wow....for rm500k definite a steal....

take it positively on the high density 4200 units.....imagine now, if each unit 2 cars, that makes 8400 cars.....now look at those high density apt like Parklane, etc coming towards city.......all will die standing....hahahah...they will never reach KL even in 2 hrs crawl...hahahaha....

I would close eyes, park in this. Also link to LRT. In 8-10yrs, u will say u did a right choice. But me too lazy to go que overnite leh....dangerous too....
