i do agree that 2 car parks is minimum requirement nowadays... buying car is so easy with full loan, zero downpayment and attractive entry package.... and in Malaysia... i dont see any property buyer without a car... if is buying with your partner... 2 cars at least for each unit..... 1 car park or without car park doesn't make sense at all....

lets say you wony stay more than 20 years... consider the factor when you wanna sell it out or even rent it... nowadays... parking is kinda main selling as well.... without securing a car park... it will rendering your property the difficulty to sell or rent out if you dont want to stay in it in the future....

yeah... for own stay.... not really cool... for investment... rental? so many ppl will come maju KL to rent because of the public transport? but once you go up to your house... it feel just like Genting First World.... look good at the lobby.... crowded at the top.... lol....

hopefully other than lowyat.... the other studies helped you in your decision the most... basically... I wont consider lowyat as my biggest help in deciding a property in most cases... too much one sided views from the buyers and the haters....

not really know how to share to you... haha... somehow lowyat is for me to surf when I am free... but in term of property... the best to get better insight is own personal connections... I have a fren in one of those bulk investors group... often i get insight from him... as they have direct connection with most of the property developers... however for own stay.... i guess lowyat here still okay... but pls filter out only the facts that is necessary to you here... and dont make decision based on the negativeness in lowyat forum... there are goods in all of the projects... but somehow come to lowyat... all projects become worthless.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

whats the point of the maintenance fees if there are no swimming pools and car parks to maintain.... should charge lower than that right since the major facilities are why the maintenance cost incurred in the first place for other condos... and with such density... still charging rm0.33 per sq ft doesnt make any sense right? hope you can enlighten me on this matter... thanks...

if without the flaws of swimming pool and car parks... im sure this project can sell very well even the density..... but 590k for just the condo with nothing else provided... not really making any sense... i like the duplex design... but the monthly cost just too much to bear for such density....

bro... this whole project is mostly duplex... hence why the high levels and densities.... its like there are two levels of 430sq ft condo every unit.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif the main reason why alot place booking because of this concept.... but all cancelled because of car parks and swimming pools....

my assumption la... but if not mistaken total build up is around 850 sq ft above... so might be 600 sq ft downstairs 250 sq ft above... and 350 sq ft of wasted space for the duplex style... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

not necessary... i visited their show room before... the first floor is really quite small compare to typical 900 sq ft condo.... the first floor i dont think really have enough space for three rooms.... hence the duplex style....

i think you dont buy also should not say those who bought as waterfish or anything lower than you right...

the design inside the unit might be to some buyers liking more than other car park, density issues... this is each to its own i guess... theres no saying that those who bought for own stay has lower intellect than u... peace out icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif
