Prepaid Roaming Simcard not Receiving TAC, Bank TAC not received after TAC request

Hello Maxis,
I have registered my hotlink number for Maybank for transactions that require TAC. However, I am currently in the Philippines and need to do some money transferring online. Unfortunately, whenever I request for TAC, I cannot receive any. But I can receive texts and calls from MY. Hope you can fix this soon as I really need to transfer some funds for emergency. Thank you very much! |

Actually, I received 1 TAC earlier, but because of lag in receiving it I did not make it in the login session. I saw some threads with the same issue and Maxis just did some resetting in the SMS profile of the sim card. I may need them to do the same for me. |
