Bought G13 once from shopee ( I forgot which shop), got a bottle that I am very convinced is diluted, compare to the ones I used to get from dealer. So, apparently even coolant got copy ori ones..

Dealers sell G12 Evo now, pre-mix coolant. Just fill in no need to mix with distilled water anymore.
