 need advise on SNP & Loan agreement fees, PP rm350k (my second property)

Estimated charges for Sale and Purchase (RM350,000.00)

Fee: RM3,650.00
Disbursement: RM1,200.00

Total: RM4,850.00

Stamp Duty base on purchase price RM350,000.00 : RM6,000.00


Estimated charges foe Loan (RM315,000.00)(90% loan)

Fee: RM3,270.50
Disbursement: RM1,840.00
Stamp Duty loan: RM1,605.00

Total: RM6,715.50

my main question is can the stamp duty get discount or waive? heard that first property can waive but second might get 50%
if i joint consider first property? btw loan will be soley on my name. juz for snp joint or can my wife alone if loan under my name? rclxub.gif
