Dear Maxis,

Today my dad went to MEP at Tesco Manjung, Perak (YTS Enterprise) to buy iphone 6. Previously I received the brochure regarding maxis trade up program which can trade any phone from RM200 to buy iphone 6. However, my dad been informed by the MEP employees that it only available if apply for maxisone plan.
Can you verify this? I checked maxis website and also official Maxis brochure stated nothing about maxisone plan for trade up program.
Due to my dad urgently need the phone, he bought it without the trade up program.
Please explain.

Bro, I dunno really know about this but my girlfriend trade in her Samsung, get few hundred rebate and sign up ivalue plan...ivalue simple if not mistaken...

I think you can still sign up for ivalue plan other than just maxisone plan.

Right? Thats y i know too. Maxis should make sure their MEP employees updated.
