Asked this question on FOCM FB page but got no solid answer, so I ask here:

Hi honourable Ford Fiesta owners! May I know how much do I need to fork out for replacing the front passenger side window? Please also give the workshop address if you know any. Thanks all.

How to diy refill?
*
just as dares pointed out, however note that some blades do have the 2 metal brackets welded together and its quite hard to remove the end cap, and because of this also its quite difficult to slide the refill in between them. more or less 15 minutes job.

Hi all!

Latecomer in here. Just got my fofi 2 weeks ago and is enjoying it very much as it is very much to my expectation of what I wanted in a car. Love the torque and stability of the car.

Trying to drive the car casually for the first 1000km....which is an awfully hard thing to do. tongue.gif

Here's my info:

having been driving both DSG and powershift, i felt that VW has more or less tackle the problem of having smooth driving in a stop and go situation i.e. they changed the characteristic on how fast the gear up shift or down shit. meaning to say the gearbox is not too eager to change to higher gear once u step on the pedal.

both cars had changed their respective clutch plates and my fiesta going to change again scheduled this month

or maybe thats just me

I feel the latest TCM update holds lower gears longer too, but maybe that's just my driving that made the TCM behave that way.

Also, the availability of torque at the VWs lower rev range helps too.

hahahha someone noticed that

before they changed that, going up hill (parking ramp) and stop n go traffic is worst compared to powershift, saving grace before DSG allows for manual shifting or sports mode which is not available to our version of fiesta.

Dah a month camtu kot.
Noticable difference is;

1. It tends to hold gears longer.
2. Gear shift is less aggressive & just a bit sluggish.
3. Low speed (<100) FC is quite high. Need to drive 100kmh above baru can get a good FC laugh.gif

happy to see this hopefully its going to fix or at least provide longer interval for clutch change. let me see it for my self after 26th

point 3 bukan existingly like that? biggrin.gif
