Who was the service advisor who handled you case? If you know his name, you can call up the service center and ask to speak with him. I only have Safiril's number.

Failing which, please escalate the call to the service manager (customer service parlance for " please put your service manager on the line"). As far as I know, the service manager at SDAC PJ is quite helpful.

2 weeks for a Ford isn't long. The normal waiting period for parts is 2 months. Once they start to repair your car and they find that they missed another part it will take another 2 months. This was what happened to my friend. SDAC does not stock spare parts. I thought this is common knowledge.

I have claimed plenty of stuffs from SDAC, the longest was the clutchpack where SDAC PJ kept my car for 1 week.

Even accident repair did not take 2 weeks in SDAC.
