Fate franchise is currently at it's peak (Top 10 grossing at US Play Store and Apple App Store) so the playerbase is huge and active.

If you're joining NA or JP server now it's the chance since Start Dash campaign give a lot of freebies to newcomer, and since Guranteed banner is still ongoing, so purchased 30SQ on NA can give you a 5 star servant , purchased 15SQ on JP can give you a limited 5 star servant.

It's easier to join NA after they added a lot of QoL changes to it. NA also fixed things that was flawed in JP. A lot of desirable characters will be up on rate-up.

Joining JP now is harder (although faster since all storyline AP have been slashed 1/4) since alot of events are story-locked so you gotta keep up to date. It's still doable to keep up since I have an alt account that does nothing except progressing into the story missions with low stars, and do daily farming to gather materials for servant ascension.

In short NA is the global "alpha" server despite being 2 years behind JP "beta-test" first server.

You will be in it for a very long time. Here's the chance calculation.

Herc = 10% chance
Second 4* = 90% x 3% = 2.7%

Therefore, chances of you getting Herc + second 4* is 0.27% or 1 in 370. On average reroll 370 times to get this combo.

I won't be doing a 2nd gacha roll, well not anytime soon.
